With assets of $70 Billion and operating out of the Midwest, Texas and Florida, the M&A was successfully integrated within a tight time frame.
We constructed the program office, processes approach and project plan to enable Comerica to combine the Florida, Texas, California and Michigan charters into a single National Charter.
TCG created a re-engineering approach for Comerica's Global Funds Transfer Operation, which resulted in $1.3 million annual savings and quantifiable improvements in customer service.
We also recommended a new service based model for the restructuring of the Systems Development organization, with the objective to split Development and Maintenance, while achieving 15 to 20% increased new development capacity.
